If Corocoro reveals any extra details on this Lycanroc or anything else, it should leak earlier this month because of a holiday in Japan - so between the 8th and 10th. we don't know an exact date but we know some possible ones. Alternatively, it could also mean that it's an event-exclusive form - like Battle Bond Greninja - wherein it can only be obtained via an event of some sort. Note that in SM, you can find both forms at Vast Poni Canyon. It could mean that Lycanroc CAN evolve from Rockruff, but that you just can't find wild Lycanroc (Dusk Form) in the wild.
